    Description We are in search of a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team in the HVAC industry, located in Midland, Texas. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, providing the chance to work in a dynamic environment. As a Dispatcher, your primary responsibility will be to manage service calls, schedule technicians for service, and uphold excellent customer service. You will also be involved in data entry tasks and invoice processing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming service calls related to HVAC appointments

    • Organize and schedule technicians for service

    • Maintain a high standard of customer service

    • Perform data entry and manage invoices

    • Balance accounts and manage accounts receivable

    • Use Microsoft Excel for various tasks

    • Participate in billing procedures

    • Maintain the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

    • Reconcile accounts as necessary. Requirements • Possess at least 1 year of experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role.

    • Proficient in Account Reconciliation procedures.

    • Demonstrable skills in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).

    • Experience in Billing and invoice management.

    • Proven ability in Data Entry tasks with high level of accuracy.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including its advanced features.
