**Salary:** **$120k -$130k** + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, Short & Long Term Disability)

What You’ll Do:

As our General Manager, you will provide visionary leadership and strategic management to ensure we achieve exceptional operational outcomes that align with our long-term goals. You’ll coach, mentor, and empower our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. With extensive residential HVAC experience, you’ll leverage your unique blend of business acumen and industry expertise to foster a culture of excellence.

Key Qualifications:

+ **Experience:** At least 10 years of verifiable full-time management experience in residential HVAC, with a minimum of 5 years in operations management.

+ **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of residential HVAC methods, techniques, systems, and codes.

+ **Education:** A professional degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

+ **Growth Mindset:** A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to embrace challenges.

+ **Leadership:** Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

+ **Flexibility:** Willingness to take on tasks of any size with a can-do attitude.

+ **Requirements:** Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

+ Overseeing daily operations, collaborating with the executive leadership team, and ensuring seamless communication across sales, finance, and field operations.

+ Championing the successful execution of all HVAC services while maintaining budget accountability.

+ Mentoring and guiding the operations team through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.

+ Driving the development and continuous improvement of management practices and protocols.

+ Partnering with Ownership to develop long- and short-term growth strategies.

+ Fostering a safety-first culture, ensuring quality and profitability align with company objectives.

+ Providing timely reports on the company’s operating condition to Ownership.

+ Acting as a strategic partner within the leadership team, bridging sales, service, installation, and operations departments.

+ Promoting an accountable, success-oriented environment throughout the company.
