Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as a Event Supervisor:

+ Participate in planning and coordinating events, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting

+ Develop and maintain event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met

+ Manage event registration and ticket sales

+ Supervise event staff and volunteers, assigning tasks and ensuring clear roles and responsibilities

+ Oversee the setup and breakdown of event materials and equipment

+ Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring they arrive on time and complete their tasks effectively

+ Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event and implement solutions

Job requirements:

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Knowledge of event planning and logistics

+ Experience with event software and technology

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

+ Experience in a related field, such as event management, hospitality, or customer service

+ Bilingual

+ Background Check Required
