This Opportunity
The **Warehouse Field Services Manager** is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods and environmental and geotechnical equipment. This role ensures productivity targets are met and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. The Warehouse Field Services Manager will maintain high organizational and health and safety standards and work closely with internal departments to optimize warehouse operations.
Your Impact
+ **Warehouse Operations** :
+ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
+ Ensure the accurate receipt and proper storage of inventory.
+ Maintain a high level of organization, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse.
+ Implement and oversee efficient processes to reduce errors and delays.
+ **Inventory Control** :
+ Monitor stock levels, ensuring optimal levels are maintained and inventory discrepancies are minimized.
+ Perform regular stock checks and implement procedures to resolve variances.
+ Perform necessary equipment calibration and maintain calibration logs.
+ Coordinate with internal teams to forecast and plan for inventory needs.
+ **Team Collaboration** :
+ Foster a positive, collaborative work environment with internal teams.
+ **Health and Safety** :
+ Ensure the warehouse complies with health and safety regulations and create a culture of safety.
+ Regularly inspect the warehouse for hazards and implement corrective measures where necessary.
+ Conduct regular safety training and emergency preparedness drills.
+ **Technology & Systems** :
+ Maintain and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations.
+ Utilize data and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics such as accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
+ **Vendor and Customer Relations** :
+ Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.
+ Communicate with internal departments, including procurement, production, and sales, to coordinate logistics and ensure customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain
+ Strong leadership and people management skills
+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
+ Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulations
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
+ Ability to stand, walk, and climb for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
+ Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
+ Experience with environmental and/or geotechnical engineering staff and equipment
+ Ability to operate a forklift is preferred

Compensation:
Expected Salary: $65,700 - $81,000
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
