    Required Skills:

    Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Drive go-to-market and business result by strategizing, planning, executing and scaling marketing and lead generation campaigns for global sales programs.

    2. Manage and optimize channels (such as email, Facebook ads, onsite placements, SEM, content marketing, digital video, print collateral, influencer/partnerships etc.) to drive performance.

    3. Generate breakthrough analytical insights to determine marketing strategy, and to drive significant response improvement and efficiency.

    4. Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of response and value.

    5. Analyze and communicate results in order to rapidly scale successful programs and learnings.

    6. Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including program management, sales, product, creative and data science teams.

    7. Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors, and identify potential customers.

    8. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied.

    9. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    10. Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field and 3 years years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

    11. Requires 3 years of experience in the following:

    12. 1. Leading marketing initiatives

    13. 2. Working in at least two of the following: email, Facebook Ads, display, onsite merchandising, content marketing, digital video, or lifecycle marketing

    14. 3. A/B Testing and lift measurement

    15. 4. Influencing and providing direction to cross- functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns

    16. 5. Partnering with sales or product teams to deliver marketing campaigns to businesses or consumers

    17. 6. Working with marketing technology and a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, AND

    18. 7. Strong analytical skills such as statistical analysis to understand campaign performance and maximize return on investment.

    Public Compensation:

    $263,544/year to $291,060/year + bonus + equity + benefits
