**Our client, a leading furniture manufacturer, is seeking a Frame Builder to join their team.** As a Frame Builder, you will be part of the **Production Department** supporting **Upholstery and Assembly Teams** . The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail** , **strong teamwork** , and **reliability** , which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Frame Builder

**Location:** Lenoir, NC

**Pay Range:** Pay Depending on Experience (DOE)

**Shift:** 1st Shift (Full-Time)

What’s the Job?

+ Build furniture frames to exact specifications using wood and other materials

+ Read and follow blueprints or production drawings accurately

+ Operate hand tools and pneumatic equipment safely and effectively

+ Conduct quality checks to ensure frame strength and craftsmanship

+ Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What’s Needed?

+ **Previous frame building experience is required**

+ Strong understanding of woodworking tools and techniques

+ Ability to read and interpret production diagrams

+ Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods

+ High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
