Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in the preparation and submission of bids for fire control systems tenders.

+ Analyze customer tender requirements and ensure compliance.

+ Identify hard-to-meet specifications and propose solutions or exemptions.

+ Negotiate tender exemptions and requirements with customers and stakeholders.

+ Collaborate with the commercial team to assess and mitigate risks associated with tenders.

+ Contribute to developing commercial strategies to improve the hit rate of bids.

+ Coordinate with sales, engineering, and legal teams to ensure timely and high-quality bid submissions.

+ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to enhance bid strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Experience working on tenders for fire control systems

+ Strong knowledge of fire control systems and industry standards.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Skilled in identifying and addressing high-risk tender obligations.

+ Strong negotiation skills, especially in handling tender exemption requests and client discussions

+ Proficient in using tender management software and tools.

+ A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
