    Description

    We are on the lookout for an experienced President to steer our operations in Hobbs, New Mexico. The President will play a pivotal role in building relationships with labor and E& P operators, demonstrating financial acumen related to P& L, and leading the operations of the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the oilfield services industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Foster and leverage relationships with labor and E& P operators within the region

    • Oversee and manage accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards

    • Direct and coordinate the organization's budget processes for optimal capital management

    • Employ advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting

    • Facilitate effective networking within the industry to promote the organization's services

    • Lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational targets and objectives

    • Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

    • Proven ability in networking with various stakeholders

    • Experience in optimization processes

    • Proficient in executing accounting functions

    • Comprehensive understanding of budgeting processes

    • Experience in capital management

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
