    Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Treasury Consultant in the industry located in Chicago, Illinois, 60606, United States. As a Sr. Treasury Consultant, you will be playing a significant role in our finance team, with a focus on cash management, treasury operations, and forecasting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring liquidity by managing daily cash positions across various accounts and maintaining optimal cash balances

    • Preparing and analyzing cash flow forecasts to facilitate operational and strategic initiatives

    • Executing and validating online banking transactions, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and internal fund transfers

    • Conducting comprehensive research of transactions to rectify discrepancies and guarantee accurate financial reporting

    • Sharing best practices and operational insights to train and onboard the new permanent staff

    • Collaborating with the treasury manager and other stakeholders to enhance processes and support strategic decision-making

    • Maintaining and improving relationships with banking partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective services. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

    • Familiarity with Banking software is essential

    • Experience with Bloomberg Terminal is desired

    • Knowledge of Concur is a must

    • Strong skills in Data Processing are needed

    • Ability to perform Accounting Functions is necessary

    • Understanding of Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations is crucial

    • Must have experience in Banking Operation

    • Expertise in Capital Management is important

    • Ability to handle Cash Activity efficiently

    • Proficiency in using Kyriba is expected

    • Experience in Business Banking is preferred

    • Must have a strong Business Banking Relationship management skills
