Description We are in search of an Account Manager to become a part of our team in Miami, Florida. The primary focus of this role is to manage and optimize client accounts, handle client inquiries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and will involve proactive communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring all details, including contact and billing information, are accurate and regularly updated
• Regularly interact with clients, conducting check-ins to ensure their needs are met and services are satisfactory
• Identify opportunities to enhance our services based on client interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies aimed at improving the client experience
• Handle and resolve client inquiries related to billing issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and analyze client interactions to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Provide insights on account activity and report trends to leadership, suggesting areas for improvement
• Stay abreast of industry trends to provide clients with relevant recommendations
• Collect feedback from clients to support the enhancement of our services and offerings
• Offer valuable insights and recommendations to elevate client interactions and satisfaction Requirements • Proven experience as an Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
• Proficiency in utilizing 3M, a critical skill for effective operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Accounting Software Systems.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services, essential for managing financial tasks.
• Demonstrated capability in using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Expertise in CRM for efficient customer relationship management.
• Experience with About Time software for effective time tracking and management.
• Ability to handle Accounting Functions, crucial for maintaining financial health.
• Experience in managing Billing Functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.
• Solid understanding of Budget Processes to ensure financial planning and control.
