    _Commercial HVAC Journeyman_

    **Ultimate LLC** is immediately hiring **Commercial HVAC Journeyman** for projects in the **Baltimore area** . The pay range is **$35-$50 per hour based on experience** . All HVAC Service Technicians are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

    Ultimate Job Duties

    + Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including walk-in refrigerators/freezers, boilers, heat pumps, rooftop HVAC units, and commercial ice machines.

    + Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems.

    + Ensure condensation drain line is clear and working properly.

    + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in commercial HVAC systems, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions.

    + Identify and correct faulty equipment.

    + Fix, replace, and adjust vents and ductwork.

    + Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

    + Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.

    + Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs or installations to clients in a clear and professional manner.

    + Ensure compliance with appliance standards in Health and Safety Act.

    Ultimate Journeymen HVAC Service Technicians Requirements

    + 6 or more years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration service.

    + Strong troubleshooting, repair, and installation skills with a focus on commercial systems.

    + Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.

    + Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities.

    + Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments, including rooftops and tight spaces.

    + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots).

    + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade.

    + Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance.
