    Job Summary

    Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for a client located in Pittsburgh, PA (Penn Hills):

    + Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

    + Tuesday, Thursday (11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

    + 3 - 4 days a week (2:00 p.m. - 9:00 or 10:00 pm) - NEEDS ASAP

    + Sunday, Saturday (9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

     

    Client Diagnosis: Chronic Frailty, Hearing/Mobility/Vision Impairment, Fall Risk, Neuropathy (both feet), 2 Hip Replacements (Right), 3 Back Surgeries

     

    NOTE:  Client has 1 friendly dog (Yorkie)

    Duties may include but not limited to:

    + Cooking and Light Housekeeping

    + Laundry and Change of Bed Linens

    + Grocery Shopping

    + Companionship

    + Range of Motion Exercises

    + Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance

    + Driving to Appointments and Errands

    + Walking and Transfer Assistance

    + Medication Reminders

    + ADL's

    + Ambulation

    + Change Depends

    + Transportation - Client has vehicle to use for errands, however caregiver must have valid driver's license

    Caregiver Requirements:

    + At least 1 year experience

    + 2 Step TB Test

    + Pass Criminal Background Checks

    + Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)

    + Pass Fingerprinting (when applicable)

     

    Benefits and Perks

     

    + Sign on Bonus - $500

    + Caregiver Referral Bonus - Up to $200

    + Client Referral Bonus - Waiver Client: up to $500, Private Pay Client: up to $1000
