    Healthcare Financial Analyst - Data Categorization in Albany, NY

    The candidate will serve as Contract Associate within the Division Operations team in the Division of Data Services and Analytics. This position will review and oversee all contracts between the division and outside vendors. Responsibilities will also include maintenance of the division’s budget and spending. Comprehensive on-the-job training and peer/supervisory support will be provided. The candidate should be able to take on new tasks and subject areas, willing to work in a team environment, and able to adjust to multiple priorities successfully.

    The position’s duties include:

    + Oversight of vendor contracts, statements of work, and task orders

    + Monitoring of contract budget and project or hourly burn rate

    + Manage and project division finance and budget health

    + Development and oversight of division contracting policies and procedures

    + Direct interaction with division leadership to prioritize division contracting and finance tasks

    + Establish standards for division contractor/vendor collaboration

    Additional Requirements and/or certifications desired for position:

    + 5+ years of finance or contract management experience required.

    + Exceptional verbal, written, and time-management skills

    + Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

    + Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word. Experience with SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio preferred

     

    Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
