• Extruder Operator

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up and operate extruder, die, takeoff unit, and auxiliary equipment according to production specifications.

    + Supervise and coordinate utility employees on the production line, ensuring smooth operations.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and material defects in real-time.

    + Monitor the sheet and extrusion process, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

    + Complete production and quality reports, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.

    + Collect and test quality samples, promptly identifying and addressing any issues.

    + Verify the accuracy of finished goods packaging to ensure it meets standards.

    + Adhere to operational and quality standards, with a strong commitment to safety.

    + Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and data interpretation (e.g., bar graphs).

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and contamination-free work environment.

    + Adapt to changing work conditions and additional tasks as required.

    + Engage in physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and handling materials, such as rolls weighing up to 250 pounds.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Strong attendance record and excellent safety history.

    + Comfortable wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety glasses, hairnets, and safety shoes.

    + Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM – enjoy a 4-day work week!

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
