Job Title: Payroll Tax Analyst
**Location:** Remote
**Schedule:** Standard First Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Payroll Tax Analyst** to join our team. This role is responsible for researching and resolving complex payroll tax issues, supporting equity and executive compensation processes, and driving continuous improvements across payroll tax operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Research and resolve complex payroll tax issues, including those related to equity and executive compensation.
+ Conduct tax-related analysis and coordinate processing during acquisitions or divestitures; partner with external vendors to ensure accurate state and federal reporting.
+ Assist with year-end payroll processes, including review and processing of W-2s and W-2Cs.
+ Investigate errors, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements to mitigate future issues.
+ Collaborate with HR Operations to manage Tier 2 payroll tax cases; communicate directly with employees and external tax vendors as needed, ensuring personalized and accurate support.
Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of Payroll Tax Analyst experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is required.
+ Experience with PeopleSoft.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
