As part of our continued growth and expansion, we’re seeking a **Senior Project Manager** to join our Fort Worth, TX team.

• **What You’ll Do**
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of high-impact education projects (valued at $50M+), ensuring successful delivery from kickoff to closeout. Key responsibilities include:
+ Building and nurturing strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors
+ Championing a culture of safety and ensuring strict adherence to company safety protocols
+ Managing all aspects of project documentation—including shop drawings, submittals, schedules of values, and billing approvals
+ Partnering closely with on-site Superintendents to ensure seamless execution and contract compliance
+ Leading budget preparation, cost controls, and change order management
+ Overseeing key reports, logs, project meetings, and walkthroughs
+ Ensuring consistent site presence and on-the-ground leadership
+ Taking on additional duties as needed to support successful project outcomes
• **What You’ll Bring**
+ Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture**
+ **3+ years** of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on education projects exceeding $50 million
+ Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and keep large-scale projects on time and on budget
+ A results-driven mindset with a focus on collaboration and quality execution

**Pay Details:** $155,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year
