    **Pay Rate:** $19.00 per hour

    At PDS Tech Commercial, we're hiring a **Jamesbury Assembler** to help bring top-tier industrial products to life. This role is central to our manufacturing process, ensuring that every component meets the highest standards of safety, precision, and performance.     What You’ll Do:

    + Operate machines and production equipment safely and according to instructions

    + Load raw materials into machinery efficiently and on schedule

    + Remove, pack, and sort finished products with attention to quality

    + Collect and dispose of waste materials following company recycling policies

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and workstations

    + Communicate clearly with team members, especially on routine deviations

    + Follow production schedules while meeting quality and output goals

    What You’ll Need:

    Required Qualifications:

    + 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role

    + Basic knowledge of tools, job procedures, and safety protocols

    + Ability to follow instructions and operate machinery safely

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with industrial assembly or mechanical manufacturing

    + Familiarity with safety standards and lean manufacturing principles

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
