Sodexo** is seeking an experienced and driven **General Manager 3 - Food Services** to oversee food operations at this 220-bed acute care facility located in the beautiful **Pocono Mountains.

What You'll Do

+ Lead and manage a team consisting of 35 frontline employees, 1 Sodexo Sous Chef, and 2 Sodexo Managers

+ Oversee food operations including:

+ Patient Services – three meals a day

+ Retail Dining – $47K monthly volume

+ Catering Services – coffee, tea service, and special occasion events

+ Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through frequent client interaction and strategic planning

+ Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure efficient operational execution

+ Maintain compliance with food safety standards and Sodexo policies

+ Serve as a key leader fostering communication, collaboration, and employee engagement
