    Overview

     

    To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., theFinancial Management Unit Specialist(Representative Payee) is responsible for the day-to-day interaction with patients and managing their personal budgets. The successful candidate will be great with money management and possess excellent customer service skills. This is a Full-Time (days) position working out of Helio Health’sFinancialManagement Unit .

     

    In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for aSign-On Incentiveup to$1,500!

     

    Pay rate: up to $18.45 per hour.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage patients and other assigned individuals’ budgets and spending disbursements in accordance with Social Security Income Guidelines.

    + Coordinates services with external case managers, managed care operators, licensing, funding, and contracting agencies.

    + Provide excellent customer service to patients/residents, internal and external community agencies and organizations.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Prior experience with money management and planning/budgeting in a professional setting preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of basic math such as addition, subtraction and percentages.
