Novant Health is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to join our Professional Nursing Resource Team (PNRT) to serve as a member of a remarkable healthcare team by establishing an authentic, personalized relationship with the patient and their support system. Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of acute care specialties, including medical/surgical, cardiac, critical /intermediate care, behavioral health (BH), emergency, and women’s services.

Qualifications

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

+ Experience: One Year in an acute hospital setting, required.

+ Licensure/Certification: NA I, required.BLS Health Care Provider required.

+ Additional Skills (required): Basic computer skills for documentation. De-Escalation Techniques .
