    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Manager to lead two high-impact initiatives aimed at optimizing artist royalties and enhancing organizational efficiency. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with excellent coordination skills and proven experience managing cross-departmental projects. The candidate will ensure the successful implementation of increasing royalty payment schedules and the construction of a robust data warehouse to streamline artist payment tracking and documentation.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    Project Management & Strategic Execution:

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for two concurrent projects:

    + Transitioning royalty payment schedules for artists from biannual to quarterly payments to improve financial transparency and operations efficiency.

    + Leading the design and implementation of a data warehouse to consolidate global artist information, payment schedules, and documentation seamlessly.

    + Drive the development of project plans, clearly outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.

    Global Stakeholder Collaboration:

    + Build relationships and maintain ongoing communication with global teams, including IT and royalty departments, to gather data and ensure alignment.

    + Coordinate activities across multiple regions and offices to advance project tasks and resolve operational roadblocks.

    Testing & Implementation:

    + Oversee test reporting for both initiatives to validate functionality, accuracy, and scalability before rollout.

    + Work with IT and finance teams to address data inconsistencies or system challenges during testing phases.

    Knowledge Sharing and Training:

    + Develop and deliver comprehensive training to global staff on new systems and protocols once projects are launched.

    + Act as a resource for troubleshooting and ongoing support during the transition periods.

    Project Monitoring & Reporting:

    + Regularly report on project progress to internal stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

    + Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing systems post-implementation.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

    + Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-departmental projects, preferably involving IT process optimization or royalty payments.

    + Strong familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to organize and track complex workflows.

    + Expertise in stakeholder management across global, multicultural teams.

    + Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with global teams and relay updates to internal stakeholders.

    + Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying risks and devising actionable solutions.

    + Competence in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve common goals efficiently.

    + Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to validate project outcomes.
