Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the finance and accounting industry for a Recruiting Manager based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The role involves growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and recruiting finance and accounting professionals. The successful candidate will leverage their skills to deliver exceptional customer service and provide consistent communication to both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand client relationships to increase the use of our services.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the local finance and accounting community.
• Leverage various recruiting strategies, including Full Cycle Recruiting, Internet Recruiting, and LinkedIn Recruiter to attract top talent.
• Evaluate potential finance and accounting professionals for placement with our clients.
• Ensure outstanding customer service delivery to both clients and candidates.
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
• Participate in industry trade associations to enhance our presence.
• Utilize your skills in Corporate Recruiting and Recruitment - Agency to manage and grow the business.
• Recruit and place professionals into suitable roles, ensuring a good match for both the candidate and the client.
• Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting role
• Proficient in Full Cycle Recruiting
• Experience in Internet Recruiting is required
• Must have experience in Executive Recruiting
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter is essential
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting is a must
• Should have experience in Recruiting Personnel
• Must be skilled in strategizing Recruiting Strategy
• Experience in Recruitment - Agency is necessary TalentMatch®
