    Community Physician Network is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on East Stop 11 Road on the south side of Indianapolis, IN

     

    + Outpatient only

    + Shared call schedule

    + Patient Centered Medical Home practice model

    + Fully Integrated EMR system (EPIC)

    + Full onsite lab services

    + Large group of specialists based nearby on south side and at Community Hospital South

    Licensure & Certifications

    + Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

    + Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

    Desired Requirements

    + Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team

    + Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
