    Job Description

    We are seeking a Lead Associate Supply Chain Planner to join us at our Princeton office, ensuring inventory planning for all Rx and Srx products meets market demands. You will collaborate closely with the Lead Supply Chain Planner to understand product demand and execute supply planning activities to ensure continuous product availability in the market.

    Responsibilities:

    + You will be responsible for inventory planning for all Rx and Srx products to meet market demands.

    + You will be responsible for collaborating with project management/marketing, packaging development, and procurement teams to facilitate the timely launch of new products or new SKUs.

    + You will be responsible for coordinating with External Manufacturing team and quality teams on a daily basis to facilitate batch releases.

    + You will be responsible for performing monthly/quarterly/annual inventory reconciliations with UPS, ensuring proper communication, approval, and systematic adjustments for destruction and write-offs.

    + You will be responsible for ensuring all master data setups adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) requirements.

    + You will be responsible for collaborating with customer service and quality teams on returns to determine product disposition.

    + You will be responsible for maintaining and updating monthly scorecard requirements for co-packers and component suppliers, tracking and resolving SAP Red Lights as necessary.

    + You will be responsible for ensuring completion of the monthly supply planning cycle in Kinaxis and coordinating with the procurement team for timely delivery of purchase orders to co-packers.

    Qualifications

    **Educational qualification:** Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field

    **Minimum work experience:** 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical background

    Skills & attributes:

    + Preferred ERP Experience – SAP-S4 Hana, Kinaxis.

    + Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams.

    + Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.

    + Strong analytical, investigative, organizational and time management skills.

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
