Work Experience

8-10 years- experience managing Operations / Support Engagements

5+ of SQL Server experience writing complex stored procedures, triggers, views,
etc.

Expertise and specialization in:
SQL
Azure Databricks / Spark
Azure Data Factory
SSAS
Azure Analytics Services
Power BI
-
Strong understanding of BI areas. Ability to work in large, complex
development BI projects including the proactive identification of issues and
coordination of resolutions.

Knowledge of Azure Data Platforms is a must
-
Able to work independently to implement a solution with minimal guidance

Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to learn new related technology quickly and independently
-
Ability to communicate senior stakeholders - technical & business.

Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work under continual deadline
constraints are necessary
Responsibilities:
-
Lead delivery for a complex data support engagement involving Azure
technologies and complex business rules
-
Coordinate delivery between onsite and offshore teams working across different
time zones
-
Track SLAs and KPIs, provide status, track incidents / tickets, queue
management
-
Work on high priority & complex tickets / incidents
-
Clarify business rules, data queries, and provide resolution
-
Train team members / ramp up on new functionality
-
Work on complex BI ecosystems and design / develop solutions based on SQL
SSAS, develop cubes, analyze datasets
-
Analyze data sets, data patterns & perform gap analysis
-
Define solution roadmaps, working prototypes, analysis findings
-
Communicate design, requirements, feature set, functionality, usability and
limitations of subsystem to team and/or development lead or manager.
-
Participate in Business Requirements and Functional Requirements meetings,
identify gaps in requirements and drive discussion around appropriate
solutions.

Provide client communication as appropriate to project.

represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are

individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base
salary range for the tagged location is $ 95000 115000 per annum. This role may
be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or
commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off,
medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible
employees.
