+ Tenured staff including NP and MAs

+ Practice call coverage: 1:6

+ x1 office location

+ Delivers at x1 hospital

+ M-Th 8am-5pm; Friday 8am-2pm

+ The new associate will have the opportunity to take care of the new patients and the overflow patients
