Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Design Engineer II to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.

Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake, Virginia, specializing in communications engineering, training, and Cybersecurity, and in Charleston, South Carolina, supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Develop and compare alternative layouts or designs, which utilize equipment of various kinds and capabilities in diverse physical arrangements

+ Evaluate changes in design and performance which affect the assigned equipment prior to and during production

+ Review new approaches to circuitry and power distribution or incorporation of automatic self-test methods in equipment design

EXPERIENCE:

+ Three (3) years of professional experience.

+ Background in Navy design engineering required.

+ Submarine systems design engineering background preferred.

EDUCATION:

+ Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Design.
