Here’s what you’d do:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in performing financial reporting and analysis.

You’d be responsible to:

+ Responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

+ Assists with the preparation of key monthly and quarterly reports such as Sales Reporting, Customer Reporting, and Labor Analytics

+ Provide support in the annual budget process and monthly business reviews

+ Identify trends in financial performance, identify risks & opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement

+ Routine communication with all levels of the organization relating to core FP&A functions, including forecast, budget, financial close & analysis, key deliverables, strategic initiatives, and other ad hoc tasks

+ Cross-functional business partner with Finance, Ops, and other core business unit leaders to provide data and help drive strategic decisions

+ Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.

+ Perform additional ad hoc projects and analytics as necessary

You might be a good fit if you have:

+ Finance, Accounting, Business, or related Bachelor's degree

+ Minimum 1 year of P&L analysis experience and/or financial modeling

+ Experience in a matrix organization and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment

+ Proficiency with Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations and other financial software with a keen attention to detail

+ Precise, deadline-driven, mature-minded, organized, communicative and creative team member

+ Strategic thinker with ability to influence and “tell the story” with empirical data
