    Our client, a dedicated healthcare provider, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. As a CNA, you will be part of the resident care team supporting individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate nature, and a commitment to professionalism which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

    **Location:** Chattahoochee, FL

    **Pay Range:** $14.64

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with all aspects of resident care as assigned by the nurse/shift supervisor, including activities of daily living, ambulation, mobility, and nutrition.

    + Observe, identify, and report resident concerns or needs to the shift supervisor.

    + Document information factually and objectively, within acceptable time frame as defined by facility policy.

    + Provide safe and supportive observation and effectively monitor assigned residents.

    + Complete assignments timely, completely, accurately and in a cooperative manner.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant license in Florida.

    + Must be CPR certified, or able to complete training upon hire.

    + Must be able to complete full, two-week orientation at time of hire.

    + Must be able to fulfill physical requirements of position including ability to lift and carry 20 lbs.

    + Must be able to remain alert while on duty and work 16-hour shifts on occasion.
