Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Systems Analyst in the Aerospace industry based in Manchester, Connecticut. This role is remote, open to candidates local to the New England area exclusively. Candidates without Infor Visual Manufacturing or Syteline experience will not be considered for this role.

The Systems Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This involves working closely with various departments, ensuring the ERP system aligns with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with different teams to guarantee the smooth integration of ERP systems with other business applications

• Identify opportunities for enhancement within the ERP system by analyzing business processes and requirements

• Configure, examine, and launch ERP modules and updates

• Provide technical assistance and training to end-users

• Develop and uphold documentation related to ERP procedures and configurations

• Resolve ERP-related issues promptly and efficiently

• Monitor the performance of the system and implement necessary optimizations

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ERP technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Candidates without Infor Visual Manufacturing or Syteline experience will not be considered for this role.

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.

• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies for virtualization and networking.

• Experience with Cloud Technologies for data storage and management.

• Familiarity with IBM software and hardware solutions.

• Expertise in Linux Technologies for system administration and operation.

• Ability to perform AB Testing for system optimization and improvement.

• Skills in Active Directory for network management.

• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology for project management.

• Experience with Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and recovery.

• Ability to write comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.

• Proficiency in using Infor Visual ERP for enterprise resource planning.

• Expertise in SQL Database for managing and organizing data.

• Experience with ETL - Extract Transform Load for data warehousing.

• Familiarity with GitLab CI for continuous integration and deployment.
