    Description

    We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join our team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. In this role, you will be engaging in various tasks related to the wholesale distribution industry, particularly in the realm of customer credit applications and account maintenance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately process customer credit applications within stipulated guidelines

    • Regularly update and maintain customer credit records ensuring data integrity

    • Resolve customer inquiries swiftly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction

    • Monitor customer accounts, identifying any discrepancies and taking necessary action

    • Handle cash activity, ensuring accurate recording and handling

    • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Epic System to streamline accounting functions

    • Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) related tasks as per the industry standards

    • Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and Billing Functions efficiently

    • Engage in data processing activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

    • Utilize CyberSource for secure and efficient transaction processing.

    Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

     

    • Familiarity with CyberSource is expected.

    • Strong abilities in Data Processing are necessary.

    • Experience with Epic Software is a must.

    • Knowledge of Epic System is desirable.

    • Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively is crucial.

    • Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed.

    • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is required.

    • Capability to execute Billing Functions efficiently is necessary.

    • Experience in managing Cash Activity is desirable.
