+ Preventive Maintenance:-Implementing regular maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
+ Repairs:-Addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
+ Equipment Upgrades:-Evaluating and recommending upgrades to improve productivity and safety.
+ Building Systems:-Overseeing the operation and maintenance of essential building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
+ Safety Compliance:-Ensuring the facility complies with all safety regulations and standards to protect employees and assets
+ Space Utilization:-Managing the layout and space within the facility to optimize workflow and storage.
+ Capital Projects: Support Engineering with planning and executing major projects, such as facility expansions or renovations.
+ Budgeting: Developing and managing budgets for maintenance and facility operations.
+ Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors for services and supplies.
+ Training: Providing training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.
+ Supervision: Leading and supervising the maintenance team to ensure high performance and adherence to standards
+ Supervise standardized safety programs for contractors, LOTO, Hazardous energy, safety inspections, and other initiatives related to the maintenance function in collaboration with the HSE Manager.---
+ A degree in Engineering, Industrial, Business, or a relevant field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, with a preference for Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Science.
+ A minimum of 10+ years of manufacturing experience in maintenance is preferred. Candidates should be familiar with engineering systems and best manufacturing practices, and have a proven track record of relevant successes in improving the cost of manufacturing and working through others.
+ Additionally, candidates should understand and be familiar with SAP, Allen Bradley, and similar systems, Preventive Maintenance systems, and the use of relevant Reliability tools to ensure efficient operations of equipment.
+ Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement is Preferred
