Our **Summer Internship Program** offers students valuable exposure to Kelly and the staffing industry, providing practical, hands-on corporate experiences that enhance both academic and professional growth.

As an Intern, through a variety of tasks, projects, and interactions, you will have the opportunity to explore your strengths, develop transferable skills, and set yourself on a successful professional path – potentially pursuing a future career with Kelly.

2025 Program Information** **:

+ Paid Internships Available:

1. Finance – Corporate Development and Strategy (incl M&A)

2. Human Resources – Talent Management, Strategic Human Resources, and Total Rewards

3. Office of the Presidents – Automation Technology

4. Workforce Strategy – Revenue Generation / Sourcing Strategies

+ Dates: June 2 - August 15

+ Location: Troy, Michigan

+ Hybrid: Onsite (in office) at least 2 days per week

Overview of Function Internships** **:

Workforce Strategy – Revenue Generation / Sourcing Strategies

Assist in the implementation of key projects focused on accelerating revenue by aligning multiple sourcing strategies to meet client and market needs, including:

+ Learn how sourcing strategies impact revenue / sales generation

+ Gain exposure to client operations, to support delivery needs and solutioning

+ Participate in community partnership development and engagement efforts

+ Refine communication and presentation skills via support of training initiatives

Qualifications** **:

+ Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (or equivalent) with a business-focused degree (e.g., economics, finance, accounting, business analytics, human resources, etc.)

+ Highly motivated and adaptable, with a curiosity to learn real-world business and financial concepts

+ Self-driven, resourceful, independent, and willing to take initiative

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative style to working 1:1 or as a team

+ Basic project management and research capability

+ Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail

+ Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and high technical learning agility

+ Can maintain confidentiality and discretion

+ Must be legally eligible to work for the duration of the program in Michigan – sponsorship and relocation are not offered with these positions
