Sr. Service Sales Executive
Able to reside in New York, Boston, New England or Connecticut
Position Profile
Drive recurring revenue through innovative partnership development and strategic service sales while acting as a trusted advisor to leading OEMs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
+ Identify and secure net new partnership agreements with fast-growing OEMs across sectors such as automation, material handling, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing.
+ Lead GTM conversations with key executives to align service programs—including consulting, full-service lifecycle management, IT services, and digital training—with business goals.
+ Build long-term, multimillion-dollar revenue streams through disciplined networking, strategic planning, and executive-level engagement.
+ Collaborate with pre-sales, design, and consulting teams to establish agreements and drive partner success while expanding the Service Advantage Business Playbook.
Qualifications Must Have
+ Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, including 10+ years in services sales, business development, or strategic selling roles.
+ Proven ability to position complex service engagements and build strategic partnerships with a strong record of net new business growth.
+ Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with strong leadership, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
+ Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, networking, and managing complex deals using CRM and forecasting tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
+ Experience in positioning complex service engagements, strategic partnerships, and/or strategy consulting, leveraging relationships and partnerships to expand net new business.
+ Industry expertise.
+ Ability to help partners monetize Ricoh.
+ Demonstrated financial, business acumen, and business planning experience.
+ Excellent prospecting and networking skills—trade shows, events, and leveraging your existing contacts and relationships.
+ Strong ability to create alliances, build partnerships, and design sales opportunities in collaboration with the partner community and Ricoh vertical accounts teams.
+ Skillful in negotiations with complex deals while driving profitable business.
+ CRM proficiency and strong forecasting and activity management skills.
+ Possesses strong leadership ability and sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

+ Execute business development strategies that drive net new signings and annual revenue goals. This is an individual contributor sales role.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
+ 4-year college degree required.
+ 10+ years of sales experience required.
+ A minimum of 10 years in services sales, business development, or similar strategic selling roles in technology services required.
