Content Licensing at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Coordinator, Content Licensing Strategy to join our team!

The role consists of supporting the Mkt, BI & Strategy team by creating executive & product presentations, pricing & commercial proposals, fulfilling one-off requests and supporting the Director of Mkt, BI & Strategy and the sales team. The work varies depending on what is needed at an operational level at any point in time.

ABOUT YOU:

You can effectively capture, clearly articulate market insights and create impactful high-level presentations for upper management and sales presentations for global clients. You also have strong project management skills and can see tasks through to completion.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

+ Assist with coordination and execution of sales initiatives and proposals supporting the content Sales teams for FTA, Pay TV, FVOD, AVOD and SVOD sales in conjunction with content strategy to determine pricing, content windowing & client approach.

+ Support with content licensing market research, ViX content performance & selling points, TVSA audience demand insights and U.S. ratings

+ Support with presentations for c-suite executives requiring high attention to detail and design skills

+ Work closely with strategy team to create analyses of new revenue opportunities and tradeshow strategies to maximize revenue potential

+ Support the implementation of strategy & marketing initiatives such as newsletter, flyers, trade show invites, etc.

+ Support process and creation of strategic long-range plan to define the objectives and actions necessary to achieve department goals

+ Maintain organizational documents including tracking documents, meeting notes, timeline, execution calendar, status sheets, etc.

+ Perform other duties as assigned

YOU HAVE:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Communication related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in communication, business operations and/or strategy. Experience in Content licensing is preferred but not exclusive

+ Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel

+ Experience creating presentations for an executive audience

+ Experience supporting holistic projects and proven strong process and project management skills

+ Excellent time management, prioritization skills and proven ability to meet deadlines

+ Ability to work and deliver under time pressure

+ Self-starter and innovative

+ Strong communication, collaborative, and analytical skills

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish)

+ Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

+ Must be willing to work from Miami office

+ Employment/education will be verified

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
