    We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.     Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    Provides patient care as established in the plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Assists with making patient schedules, providing patient education, and supervision of the rehab aide.

    What qualifications you will need:

    + Associates degree in Occupational Therapy.

    + Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant issued by The Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy (ECPTOTE) Texas State Board

    + Prefer one or more years of experience in Acute or Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapy Setting

    + Basic Cardiac Life Support

     

    Methodist Metropolitan Rehab offers a flexible schedule, and late afternoon/weekend pay differentials. Mentorship and training is provided for both Acute Care and Inpatient Rehab; employees will gain experience in both areas. We offer "lunch and learns", in-service, and virtual classes/courses to help you with your growth and development.
