Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team located in Portage, Wisconsin. The role primarily revolves around the management of recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement, and learning and development initiatives within our industry.
Responsibilities:
• Implementing talent acquisition strategies to fulfill staffing needs
• Overseeing recruitment and selection processes, including the coordination of travel arrangements and onboarding for out-of-area workers
• Collaborating with the HR team to ensure all positions are supported by clear and precise job descriptions
• Assisting in meeting Affirmative Action requirements in partnership with the HR team
• Facilitating employee advocacy by engaging with employees across different levels of the organization
• Coordinating DEIB efforts across the organization, in collaboration with Human Resources, Communications, Operations, and Leadership teams
• Assisting in the development and implementation of individual and organizational learning programs to create a high-performance, engaged workforce
• Supporting the delivery of career development programs to guide employees in their career progression
• Administering the learning management system and developing engaging content to facilitate learning
• Managing internal communication channels and collaborating with the communication and marketing department on internal communication projects
• Providing data-driven insights on the overall engagement, satisfaction, and effectiveness of learning solutions. Requirements • Strong knowledge and experience in Benefit Functions
• Proficiency in Compensation Administration
• Demonstrated understanding and application of Compliance in HR practices
• Significant experience in Employee Relations management
• Proven skills in Talent Management
• Experience in Recruitment, with a focus on Sourcing strategies
• Experience in handling high volume Recruitment processes
• Proficiency in using UKG Pro HR software
• Demonstrated ability to drive Employee Engagement initiatives
• Experience in collecting and analyzing Employee Feedback
• Experience in implementing and managing Employee Wellness Programs
• Proficiency in using Excel Formulas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in developing and implementing Learning and Development strategies
