The firm is seeking an Employment Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:
+ Handle employment litigation matters including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases.
+ Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
+ Take and defend depositions; appear at hearings and mediations.
+ Provide counsel on employment law compliance, handbooks, investigations, and best practices.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
+ 2–5 years of experience in employment law (litigation and/or counseling).
+ Admitted to practice and in good standing with the California Bar.
+ Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
+ Eager to grow within a firm that values mentorship and collaboration.
