One of our clients in the Pleasanton area is looking for a Business Analyst for a Contract to hire opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data related to sales, deductions, and promotional sales to provide actionable insights.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for cost analysis and to support business decision-making.

• Conduct Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in business processes and functions.

• Work extensively with Atlassian Jira and CRM tools to manage, track and report on projects and tasks.

• Participate in Agile methodologies to ensure timely and effective project completion.

• Use Microsoft Word for creating reports, proposals, and other essential documents.

• Apply AB Testing methods to improve and optimize business processes.

• Provide sales analysis and reporting to assist in strategic decision-making.

Requirements • Proficiency in performing Gap Analysis to identify and address process inefficiencies.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization.

• Thorough understanding of Business Process Functions within the food and food processing industry.

• Experience in Sales Analysis & Reporting, with a focus on identifying trends and opportunities.

• Ability to handle Deductions in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring financial accuracy.

• Experience in managing Promotional Sales, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

• Knowledge of Cost Analysis techniques to optimize resource allocation and maximize profitability.
