Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the renewable energy industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role, a Tax Analyst/Manager/Director, will involve handling a variety of accounting functions and auditing tasks, with a focus on compliance and customer service. This position also requires proficiency in various accounting software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage customer credit applications.

• Maintain and update customer credit records with high attention to detail.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.

• Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CCH Sales Tax.

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to accounting functions.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

• Effectively use ADP - Financial Services and BlackLine to manage financial data. Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a tax-related field.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a considerable advantage.

• Experience with BlackLine software is highly desirable.

• Expertise in CCH ProSystem Fx is required.

• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax program is an asset.

• Ability to handle all relevant Accounting Functions is expected.

• Auditing skills are a must for this role.

• Compliance knowledge and experience are key for success in this position.

• Excellent Customer Service skills are necessary.

• Proficiency in Documentation is a vital part of this role.
