What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll work alongside our General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, support the entire team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll be hands-on in every aspect of the shift, from keeping the team motivated to ensuring smooth service flow.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Directly supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring policies are followed and service flows smoothly

+ Take charge of the dining room during shifts, assigning tasks and keeping the team focused

+ Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle service recovery with care

+ Uphold presentation standards for food and beverages

+ Maintain a fun, safe, and productive environment for guests and team members

+ Enforce cleanliness and health department standards

+ Identify safety risks and take quick action to resolve them

+ Step in to help wherever needed — teamwork makes the dream work!

What We’re Looking For:

+ Previous experience as a shift lead or supervisor in a full-service restaurant

+ Strong leadership and communication skills

+ Ability to stay cool under pressure and juggle multiple tasks

+ Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

+ Open availability, including weekends and holidays

+ Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs, and stay on your feet for long shifts
