*Position Summary* MassDOT’s Office of Transportation Planning seeks an intern/co-op for its Administrative section, reporting to OTP’s Manager of Administration. The Administrative co-op will support the development of streamlined administrative processes for invoicing, contracts, and budgeting under the guidance of the Manager of Administration. The co-op will collaborate across teams to optimize and enhance OTP’s administrative capacities, working in close partnership with the GIS Business Intelligence Analyst and the GIS/Research Team Project Manager. *Duties and Responsibilities* * Developing enhancements to OTP’s Wrike Invoicing and Contracts platform. * Creating Wrike job guides for OTP project managers. * Development of quarterly cashflow reports in excel. * Transition of the State Planning and Research (SPR) Work Program online platform from Salesforce to Wrike. * Other duties as assigned. *Preferred Qualifications* * Intermediate to advanced excel skills. * Familiarity with Wrike, Salesforce or other similar project management databases/platforms. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Customer service skills. * Interest in public administration and business development. *About MassDOT* The 4,000 employees ofMassachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT)takes great pride in connecting the Commonwealth’s residents and communities.
