Closets by Design Cincinnati is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining and repairing HOMAG CNC machines, edgebanders, and other woodworking machinery.   Job Description As our Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment, with a focus on HOMAG CNC machines and edgebanders. Your role will be crucial in maintaining production efficiency and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities - Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HOMAG CNC machines and edgebanders - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues - Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability - Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation - Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance - Assist in training operators on proper machine usage and basic maintenance   Qualifications - Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably with HOMAG machinery - Strong understanding of CNC operations and edgebanding processes - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and on-call shifts Required Skills - Experience  CNC machines and edgebanders - Knowledge of woodworking machinery and processes - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems - Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities   Preferred Qualifications - Certification in industrial maintenance or related field - Experience with Cabinet Vision and wood working software - Background in cabinet or closet manufacturing   Benefits - Competitive compensation based on experience - Health, Dental and Vision insurance and retirement plans - Opportunities for professional development and training - Employee discount on Closets by Design products   At Closets by Design Cincinnati, we value our employees and offer a dynamic work environment.
