Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA)

Zurich North America is currently hiring a Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to work for its team out of our North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.

The Pega LBA will support corporate strategy and design structures, processes, policies and initiatives to define business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge gaps between IT and Business

• Support centralization and formalize the housing and reuse of code so the business can build once, maintain assets, and use many times.

• Promote standard methodologies, tools, and education

• Integrate process re-engineering and continuous improvement into projects

• Ensure successful deployment of Pega by eliminating work done in silos without enterprise-wide standards

• Share documented best practices and standardized governance models

• Improve the experience of all project stakeholders

Required:

• Bachelors Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area

OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area

Preferred:

• 7+ years of experience using Pega

• Expertise in Pega frameworks like Cosmos and Constellation

• Certified Pega Business Architect certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Agile

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

• Scrum Master Certification

• Knowledge in Commercial Insurance domain and hands on experience in Commercial insurance system of records

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is 98,300.00-161,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
