    Are you a passionate leader who can connect the dots between outreach, case management, and program excellence? Join Volunteers of America Delaware Valley as an IMPACT Coordinator and guide a dedicated team serving vulnerable individuals in transitional and supportive housing.

     

    This is a dynamic, high-visibility role overseeing program operations, community outreach, client services, and law enforcement partnerships. You’ll shape outcomes, ensure accountability, and serve as a vital bridge between staff, clients, and the broader community.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Oversee client engagement, orientation, and safety protocols across programs

    + Lead risk assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing case management

    + Act as liaison to community partners, service providers, and law enforcement

    + Monitor client records, reporting, and compliance with program standards

    + Identify individuals in need and connect them to housing and services

    + Support outreach teams and manage regional reporting on program outcomes

    + Maintain positive relationships with funders, local agencies, and civic groups

    + Collect data and support performance evaluations and strategic improvements

    What You Need:

    + Bachelor's degree + 2 years of experience with homeless or vulnerable populations

    + (or) High school diploma/equivalent with 5–10 years of social service experience

    + Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel)

    + Experience working with diverse communities and developing public partnerships

    + A proactive, resourceful, and community-driven mindset
