    We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a full-time School Social Worker to join our team and support students in Woodstock, IL, for the 2024-25 school year.

    The pay range for this position is $48/hour - $55/hour, based on qualifications and experience.

    Your Role:

    + Conduct Assessments: Evaluate students' needs through formal assessments and develop appropriate action plans.

    + Advocate for Students: Act as a liaison between the student, school, and community resources to ensure students’ rights and needs are met.

    + Promote a Positive School Climate: Foster an inclusive and supportive school environment that promotes the well-being of all students.

    + Collaborate with Teachers and Staff: Work with educators and school personnel to identify and support at-risk students.

    + Maintain Confidential Records: Keep detailed and confidential records of student interactions, progress, and interventions.

    + Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    + Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work

    + IL PEL with an endorsement in Social Work

    + Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred
