What You'll Contribute
The Senior Associate, Compliance Risk will be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance programs, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
What You'll Do
+ Collaborate with the compliance risk team to design, implement, and enhance compliance programs, policies, and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and mitigate identified risks.
+ Establish and execute ongoing monitoring and testing procedures to ensure adherence to compliance policies and regulations.
+ Generate accurate and timely reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal, finance, internal audit, and operations, to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance risk management.
+ Continuously evaluate and enhance compliance processes, controls, and frameworks to promote a culture of compliance excellence.

What you have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
+ Ability to assess complex regulatory requirements and identify potential compliance risks.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
+ Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficient in using compliance management systems and technology tools.
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
+ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
+ Experience working in a Fintech, ensuring compliance and risk oversight of the development and implementation of innovative solutions and digital platforms.
+ 2-3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with a strong focus on compliance risk assessment and management.
