Mobilization #1 (2 weeks) - layout building, install batter boards, mark out footings, operate mini excavator to excavate footings, install bulkheads in footings per drawings, install & tie rebar in place in footings & edge of slab, set anchor bolts (if necessary), install/pour concrete into footings, consolidate and float to level per drawings, mark out and chalk lines for cast in place walls, install and tie wall rebar per drawings, install/set Symon Steel Ply forms per spec, brace to level and square per drawing, confirm inspection, pour, consolidate/vibrate concrete walls, point and rub wall per spec. Mobilization #2 (1 week) supply labor to - operate track loader to install gravel base for slab on grade, operate plate tamp to consolidate gravel, laser/chalk in a level line on the inside of walls, install vapor barrier up to level line on wall, then install fiber board expansion joint w/zip strip to level line on walls, tape joints, install wire mesh, confirm inspections, coordinate & supply enough Concrete Finishing labor to place and finish slab on grade using a line pump, operate soft cut saw to saw joints into slab after finishing slab on same day. Mobilization #3 (1 week) - form sidewalk at perimeter of building, excavate footings in sidewalk, chalk level line at building wall, grade subgrade with gravel base, install wire mesh, confirm inspections, coordinate & supply enough Concrete Finishing labor to place and finish sidewalks pouring out of concrete truck.
_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

+ Install/pour concrete into footings, consolidate and float to level per drawings

+ Install and tie wall rebar per drawings, install/set Symon Steel Ply forms per spec, brace to level and square per drawing, confirm inspection, pour, consolidate/vibrate concrete walls, point and rub wall per spec.

Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 2 years experience with commercial or residential carpentry
+ Ability to work at least 40 hours a week, overtime optional if offered
+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Have tools and ability to bring them to work each day
+ Ability to understand directions and works well with others
