Our client is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possesses a comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and procedure. The ideal candidate will excel in resolving complex issues, demonstrating initiative, and providing exceptional customer support.

Job Title: Customer Solutions Representative

Pay Range: $18.11 hour

What’s the Job?

+ Manage multiple tasks or cases simultaneously.

+ Lead or contribute to projects for process and quality enhancement.

+ Handle escalated cases and suggest improvements in post-incident reviews.

+ Offer solutions and feedback based on analysis.

+ Manage service requests of customers through different access channels.

What’s Needed?

+ High school or GED

+ Typically requires 3-5 years of call center experience, or combination of experience and college level education.

+ Accuracy in data entry; computer proficiency and problem-solving skills

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
