    The **Service Sales Representative** is responsible for cultivating, nurturing, and maintaining long-term relationships with end users within an assigned territory. You will evaluate customer needs and assess product and service marketability to drive business growth. You will set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals while strategically identifying and pursuing targeted markets and opportunities. You will be responsible for business development across all product offerings and services, ensuring market share expansion. You will anticipate and resolve product and service issues, providing exceptional customer support. You will develop and present detailed reports via the CRM system to track progress and performance. This position requires frequent travel, with up to 80% of the time spent on the road.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    + Cultivate, nurture, and maintain long term relationships with end users.

    + Evaluate customer needs and product and service marketability for assigned territory.

    + Grow market share within assigned territory. Set and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals and objectives.

    + Responsible for business development for all product offerings and services.

    + Responsible for strategic penetration into assigned territory and to identify and pursue targeted markets and opportunities..

    + Anticipate and resolve product and service problems and build long term relationships with customers.

    + Ability to develop and present clear, detail-oriented reports via the CRM system.

    + This position requires travel 80% of the time.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Associate degree preferred

    + 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role

    **Physical Demands** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
